Yi Wan Subsidiary (YIWA) Negotiates $107,000 Sales Contract for VoIP Services

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - September 18, 2007) - US National Telecom (Yi Wan Group) (PINKSHEETS: YIWA) announces that it is in the final stages of negotiating a contract for wholesale services with New York's Centrx Communications, for a potential $107,000 in first year billings. Under this contract the YIWA subsidiary will provide up to 10,000 telephone numbers and more than 12 million minutes of voice traffic; the contract is renewable annually and the Company sees no reason that it would not be renewed.

Yi Wan's subsidiary company has been experiencing higher than usual growth and the Company believes it is on track to increase its current monthly revenues by almost 100% by December 2007, far exceeding original projections. Higher revenue is anticipated due to a projected 200% increase in international traffic and branching out into servicing calling card companies with large volumes.

The recent expansion of capacity with its high-speed backbone providers has allowed the Company to become even more competitive as higher volumes translate to a reduction in overall costs.
