Yodil was launched on January 18, after acquiring assets from Advanced Systems Design (ASD) of Morton, IL -- and from a veteran insurance industry and agency consultant.

Fredrick Waite, CEO, has more than 20 years of insurance/technology experience and entrepreneurialism, co-founding Access Coverage Corp (sold to The Hartford) and BCF Technology (sold to AMS/Vertafore). Fred also sits on the boards of numerous companies in and out of insurance.
Charles Martin, CTO, has more than 15 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of products and projects for The Hartford, Travelers, Met Life, AIG, Cisco Systems, PSINet, M&T Bank, and First Data Corp. As co-founder of BCF Technology, he co-architected TransactNOW® and became Vertafore's Director of Product Development, Connectivity for Agency and Carrier Markets.
Aviva Philips SVP, Insurance Products, has more than 20 years of experience in insurance, providing BI and information delivery tools and strategies for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, and others. She's also been a subject matter expert, a business architect, and an executive coach in performance metrics and management, data architecture, and BI applications.
Justin Silver, SVP, Business Development, has more than 10 years of experience in insurance, including agency CSR and producer. He's spent most of his career in business development, with responsibilities ranging from front and back office systems to BI solutions for carriers and agencies.
