Yoono Previews New "Buzz It!" Portable Web Clipping Plugin for Internet Explorer and Firefox Yoo'sers

Buzz It! Grabs Text, Videos, Images, and Links From Any Web Page; Aggregates Content to Blogs, RSS, Email, Browser Notes, and Personal Yoono Buzzlogs

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 16, 2007 -- Web 2.0 Expo -- Yoono, www.yoono.com, today announced the private beta of its social Web clipping tool as an extension for its popular community of social search Yoo'sers. Now at 600,000 users strong, Yoono is introducing an entirely new feature to help surfers capture and share the most interesting things they find on the Web.

Yoono is located in booth #336 4/16 - 4/18.

Yoono Buzz It!, which will officially launch in May, is an extension to its "recommendation" social search engine for Firefox and Internet Explorer (IE) that combines search, research, annotation, and the ability to share packaged content with friends and associates. The Buzz It! browser applet allows people to clip interesting text, links, images, and video and capture personal notes while surfing, as it relates to their areas of interest. Whether they're researching topics, comparing prices for their next vacation, shopping for music or movies, or archiving favorite content, Yoono Buzz It! allows them to organize and save their information, and it's accessible from any PC or Mac.

Unlike other highlighter, social bookmarking tools, Web clippers, or online "Sticky Notes," Buzz It! combines all of the above in an easy-to-use, integrated rich media applet. It becomes an all-in-one resource for not only capturing and saving information for later reference, but is also portable, providing automatic and seamless posting to blogs, social networks, email, as well as their own Yoono Buzzlog homepages.

"Yoono is a people aggregator, allowing everyone to capture and share personalized booklets of content along with their views, perspective and highlights," said Pascal Josselin, CEO of Yoono. "And, not only is it available from any browser, exportable to the PC, or sharable with others through RSS or email, data can also be printed, saved to the desktop, and published across their portfolio of online profiles, blogs, and networks."

Buzz notes are fully customizable in appearance and reside in a browser toolbar or desktop until placed elsewhere, printed, archived, or deleted. Buzz It! syncs with the user's various address books and is exportable to all popular social networks, including MySpace, and blogging platforms such as Blogger, Typepad and WordPress.
