Yorbeau Announces Election of Directors

MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - June 19, 2014) - Yorbeau Resources Inc. (TSX:YRB.A) (the "Company" or "Yorbeau") announces that the director nominees listed in the Company's Management Proxy Circular dated May 16, 2014 were elected as directors of Yorbeau at the Annual and Special General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") held on June 17, 2014 in Montreal, Quebec.
