Yorbeau Announces Resignation of Director

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Aug. 16, 2016) - Yorbeau Resources Inc. (TSX:YRB.A) (the "Company" or "Yorbeau") announces that David Crevier has resigned from the Company's board of directors effective today.
