Yorbeau Intersects 7.02 g/t Au Over 8.0 Metres at the Cinderella Target in the Rouyn Property

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 8, 2011) - Yorbeau Resources Inc. ("Yorbeau"')(TSX:YRB.A) is pleased to report significant results from drilling the Cinderella target on its Rouyn property.

Drill hole 11-CI-562 cut an 8.0 metre long interval assaying 7.02 g/t Au (uncut). The mineralized zone consists of abundant quartz-carbonate veining, brown tourmaline and sulphides; it also contains visible gold in three distinct areas within the interval. The location of the hole is shown on the attached figure: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/Longitudinal-Nov-8-2011.pdf and assay details are shown below:

Drill Hole From (m) To (m) Core
Length (m)
Au g/t Host Rock Unit
11-CI-562 525.0 533.0 8.0 7.02 Piché Group, with traces of visible gold
528.0 529.0 1.0 54.6 Piché Group, with traces of visible gold

Although true width of the mineralized zones cannot be established with accuracy given the large spacing between holes, it is estimated that it may represent about 70% of core length.

The above described 8.0 metre interval is immediately preceded by a 5.0 metre interval starting at 520.0 m and containing the typical mineralization parameters at Cinderella but without the presence of visible gold. Including this 5.0 metre adjacent zone, the entire interval of mineralization totals 13.0 metres grading 4.68 g/t gold. This zone is part of the same structure as at Augmitto where a recently completed NI 43-101 report (available on the Company's website) estimated gold resources to be 8,400 and 39,800 ounces in the measured and indicated categories respectively, and 158,800 ounces in the inferred category.

The 13-metre-long intercept of gold mineralization in hole 11-CI-562 is of particular importance because of its location about 110 metres east of hole 535 which yielded 5.6 g/t Au over 13.0 metres and 72 metres from hole 553 which yielded 2.8 g/t Au over 11.0 metres. Three other holes have also been completed at the Cinderella target (see attached figure:http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/Longitudinal-Nov-8-2011.pdf) and assays are pending. Drilling is currently on-going to test targets close to surface in the eastern part of Cinderella. It is expected that this drilling will be completed by the end of November to be followed by drilling at the Lake Gamble target.

Work is carried out by technical personnel of Yorbeau Resources Inc., under the supervision of Laurent Hallé, P.Geo. who has reviewed and approved the content of this release. He is a qualified person (as defined by National Instrument 43-101) and has more than 31 years of experience in mineral exploration.

Samples are analyzed at AGAT Laboratories in Sudbury, Ontario. All samples are analyzed by standard fire assay. Samples returning more than 3 g/t are re-analyzed by fire assay with a gravimetric finish. Yorbeau has implemented a QA/QC program that consists of inserting blanks and gold standards in batch samples being sent to the assay laboratory. Selected pulp samples will also be re-analysed by a different laboratory.
