Tours will be conducted every half hour between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm on a first come first serve basis. English tours will be on the hour and French tours on the half hour.
Drop by to see information booths about the work we do at OTC. Amongst other things learn about the many electronic services and initiatives that are available to you. Also learn about employment at the CRA.

Take a tour of parts of our facilities: automated payment processing and the traffic control area of our call centre.
As parking is very limited, you are encouraged to use public transportation.
