Youth Enhancement Systems, Inc. Merges With MaxPlanet Corp.

MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 26, 2006 -- Youth Enhancement Systems, Inc.'s CEO (PINKSHEETS: YEHS) Mr. Kevin Sepe announced that the Company has merged with MaxPlanet Corp., a Florida Corporation. The result of the merger will be that Youth Enhancement shareholders will own approximately 88% of the shares of the newly merged company.
