YTB International Experiences Strong Growth in Hosted Travel Sites

Merged Company Generating Record Results

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 4, 2005 -- YTB International, Inc. (OTC BB: YTBL), a leading provider of Internet-based travel services, announced today that February was its best month ever, as the Company sold over 1,200 new sites to Referral Travel Agents. These agents pay a monthly fee of $49.95 to the Company. As a result, YTB now hosts over 9,300 sites!

YTB International previously announced that it expects revenue of $20 million to $20.3 million, representing approximately an 80% increase versus 2004. YTB expects net income of $2.5 to $2.7 million, or approximately $0.10 to $0.12 per diluted share.
