YTB International, Inc. Appoints Principal Officers

WOOD RIVER, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 6, 2007 -- YTB International, Inc. ("YTBI" or the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: YTBL) announced the appointment of J. Kim Sorensen as President, replacing Michael Y. Brent; Andrew F. Cauthen as Corporate Secretary, replacing Derek Brent; and John D. Clagg, the CFO of YTBI, as Treasurer, replacing J. Kim Sorensen, effective December 27, 2006.

Mr. Sorensen has an extensive business background. He has owned several businesses and has managed a multi-million dollar complex adjacent to the Illinois state capital. After joining A.L. Williams insurance company, he achieved success and was named a Senior Vice President. In the early 1990s, Sorensen conceived the notion of combining internet travel and referral marketing as consumers became more comfortable with online travel bookings. Sorensen, along with co-founders J. Lloyd Tomer and J. Scott Tomer, founded ("YTB") with the goal of becoming the largest online travel agency in the world. YTB, one of the company's principal operating subsidiaries, supports over 76,000 Referring Travel Agents. Sorensen is also President of YTB Travel Network, another operating subsidiary of the Company.

Mr. Cauthen joined the YTBI team in November 2004 as Chief Operating Officer of the YTB subsidiary. He was subsequently named President of YTB in October 2006, and on March 1, 2007 was named CEO. Cauthen's business experience includes executive management, corporate operations, marketing and sales, and he has been President and CEO of two companies with asset bases of $1 billion or more.

Mr. Clagg, besides being our newly appointed Treasurer, also serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of YTBI as well as its subsidiaries. He joined the Company in December 2003. Clagg has 25 years of financial management and treasury management experience. Clagg has served on the Boards of Directors of various non-profit community organizations in the past.
