YTB International Reports Record Number of Travel Sites

Momentum Builds as Company Grows 20% in 6 Weeks

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 6, 2005 -- YTB International, Inc. (OTC BB: YTBL), a leading provider of Internet-based travel services, announced today that it has eclipsed 12,000 active Referring Travel Agents (RTAs), the highest number in its history. Each RTA pays the Company a monthly fee of $49.95 for their personalized on-line travel agency.

The Company expects to announce first quarter results for the period ended March 31, 2005, within two weeks when it will report its first quarter profit and update expectations for the balance of the year.
