Yukon Gold Corporation, Inc. Announces President and VP of Corporate Development

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 20, 2007) - Yukon Gold Corporation, Inc. ("Yukon Gold"), (TSX:YK), (OTCBB:YGDC), (FRANKFURT:W8Y) announced today that Ron Mann has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, and Director. Mr. Mann is an Executive with over 25 years experience in the investment industry with an emphasis on mining and mining related companies in the last decade. In the late 1980's, Mr. Mann was Assistant General Manager Corporate Finance, Investment Bank, CIBC, as well as Vice President and Director with CIBC Securities Inc. In the last three years Mr. Mann held an executive position at a Toronto-based asset manager/Merchant Bank involved extensively in Mining. Mr. Mann is currently also a Director of Superior Canadian Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CAD) and has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1977.

In addition, Mr. Cletus Ryan has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Corporate Development for Yukon Gold. Mr. Ryan has over 20 years experience with executive positions for a number of major fund companies and wealth management complexes. In 2000 Mr. Ryan began work in financing mining companies engaged in various levels of exploration. Mr. Ryan will focus on improving corporate communications, development and investor relations.
