Z-VO to Provide Mobile Integrated Bluetooth Wireless Access to VoIP

New Entrant Z-VO to Offer Free Headsets and USB Adaptors to Bluetooth Cell Phone Users for Coverage in 25 Worldwide Regions

SUNNYVALE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 19, 2006 -- Z-VO, a provider of worldwide VoIP solutions for business and end user cell phone users, announced today a beta Global VoIP program for $14.95 per month including 500 free rollover worldwide minutes. The service provides true "Plug and Play" integrated wireless access to VoIP, and includes a free Plantronics wireless headset and USB adaptor valued at $120.00. It will also have the option to integrate with Windows CE, PDAs and WiFi 802.11. The new generation USB/GMD device is scheduled for release in early February.

Unlike other VoIP solutions where the user is limited to their PC and "black box" hook up, a Z-VO subscriber has the added mobility to go anywhere, slip a thumb-sized USB adaptor into an online PC, and instantly have wireless VoIP capability.

Unlike every other wireless access solution, Z-VO's unique Plug and Play GMD (Global Mobil Device) adaptor requires no software download. The enabling soft client is integrated into the adaptor, requiring the caller to simply login and dial. The automatic pop-up, three buttons user interface, provides optimum user experience for any user generation.

The USB device, an innovation of Z-VO's Integrated Global Mobile Device division, now allows Z-VO subscribers using any type of PC to make VoIP calls to almost anyone, anywhere in the world with ease. It is an ideal wireless communication solution for frequent global business travelers.

The service also incorporates the unique online communication product Nero SIPPS™. This high-quality VoIP solution provides clear online communication as well as contact management, instant messaging, TAPI interface, video telephony (optional), and Outlook synchronization (optional) to any private or commercial PC.

"Although we are a new entrant into the end user VoIP market in North America, we are not new to the Internet Telephony market. Z-VO is powered by Chunghwa Telecom Global, the subsidiary of the seventh largest telephone company in the world and TeleSynergy, a company that provides an all-in-one IP telephony solution that leverages its 16-year heritage in PBX systems and expertise in VoIP technology," said Jacques Degaulle, Managing Director of Z-VO.

Utilizing our thoroughly tested infrastructure and unique USB based soft client, we offer the world's first integrated Bluetooth wireless access to VoIP.

To take advantage of this offer, a customer will need to log onto and subscribe. The global service will be immediately available, and Z-VO will send the new customer a free headset and USB adaptor with the 12-month annual plan option. "This is a great way for a Bluetooth cell phone user to use VoIP technology and not have to have the additional expense of buying the headset and hardware necessary to enjoy a worldwide VoIP solution and at domestic prices," Mr. Degaulle added. "We are removing a roadblock for the users that have been waiting for a low cost cellular phone VoIP solution," said Mr. Degaulle.
