Z-Wave Alliance Introduces New Members and Products, Broadening Its Offering in the Home Control Market


LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - January 4, 2011) -  CES Booth #20901 -- The Z-Wave Alliance is ringing in the New Year at CES 2011 with the release of new products, services and killer home control and automation demonstrations from its members.

At CES 2011, members of the Z-Wave Alliance will be demonstrating a number of new products and solutions for wireless home control solutions, including:

  • Home Security -- Z-Wave has a lock on the home security market and Z-Wave Alliance members including Schlage, Black & Decker, Assa Abloy (Yale), iControl/ADT, 2GIG and others will demonstrate products and services, as well as introduce new products and services to the market at the show with features such as video, sensors and more.

  • Home Energy Management -- Z-Wave is at the center of home energy management and this demonstration will bring to life the benefits for utilities and consumers.

  • Hospitality -- Z-Wave's technology is now available on a larger energy management scale for hotels and there will be a demo in the booth showcasing the various features being implemented in one of the nation's iconic hotels.

  • Z-Wave Alliance Interoperability Wall -- products from various Z-Wave Alliance members will be on display demonstrating how all Z-Wave certified products work together for total home control.

The Z-Wave Alliance booth at CES will feature products and solutions from 21 members including: 2Gig, 4Home, Aeon Labs, Assa Abloy (Yale), Black & Decker (Kwikset), BuLogics, Electronic Housekeeper, Evolve, FortrezZ, HDI Dune, Homeseer, MiCasaVerde, NorthQ, RCS Technology, Remotec, Schlage, Skyco, Somfy, Square Connect, Trane and Wintop.
