Innovative Auto Retailer Hires Five and Promotes Two to Management

SANTA MONICA, CA--(Marketwire - December 21, 2009) - Inc., the company that private labels its online auto-buying platform for several of the nation's largest brands and was recently named Los Angeles Business Journal's second fastest growing private company, today announced that it has hired five new senior employees and promoted two to the management team. The new employees will help with business development, new product lines, partner management and marketing.

Joining Zag are:

--  Jeff Bolke, Vice President of Business Development -- Jeff will be
    responsible for all Business and Partner Relationship Management
    initiatives. He is an industry veteran with more than two decades of
    business development, sales management, and operations experience.
--  Uana Coccoloni, Director of Marketing -- Uana will direct all aspects
    of partner and product marketing and will be responsible for the end-to-end
    consumer experience. Prior to joining Zag, Uana was the Director of
    Marketing at POM Wonderful.
--  Alex Rosten, Program Director, New Product Lines -- In this newly
    created role, Alex will be responsible for taking new product lines from
    concept to launch.  Alex is a veteran in the online automotive space,
    having worked at Mota Motors, Edmunds and CarsDirect.
--  Randy Rubin, Senior Director, Partner Management -- Randy brings
    almost 20 years of marketing, business development, and product planning
    experience in the automotive industry on both the OEM and supplier side of
    the automotive industry to Zag's Partner Management team.
--  Kirit Sarvaiya, Director, Partner Management -- Kirit will focus on
    large audience partners such as Overstock, eBay, Kelley Blue Book, AOL,
    Vast, and others. Kirit brings a wealth of talent, experience and proven
    track record of success developing and maintaining positive relationships
    with partners. Prior to joining, Kirit served as Executive Director
    at Fox Interactive Media - MySpace business unit.

In addition, Joe Messeh has been promoted to Senior Director of Product Management and Karim O'Driscoll has been promoted to Senior Director, Pricing Management and Dealer Program Integration. Both have served vital roles in developing and maintaining Zag's products and pricing system.
