Zaldiva Reports Record Monthly Sales in December With Numbers Topping Most Quarterly Results

Company Appoints New CFO and Launches New Updated Website

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 8, 2007 -- Zaldiva™, Inc. (OTCBB: ZLDV) (XETRA: UZ8) (FRANKFURT: UZ8), an online retailer of new and vintage Pop Culture collectibles, comics, comic books and memorabilia, reported today that its December sales set a record, surpassing any prior monthly sales volume in the company's history. The company also announced in an 8K December 11th, 2006, that it had appointed a new CFO, Christopher R. Ebersole.

"We had a strong month following the opening of our first retail location," commented Ebersole. He added, "One of the most impressive things I've seen thus far is the traffic being drawn into the retail store. The company stated that Ebersole was pleased with results thus far. Ebersole has been working with prior CFO John Palmer Jr. for quite some time & has developed solid relationships with Zaldiva's attorney & auditors. Palmer Jr. will remain with the company in the capacity of Director.

Ebersole is 39 years old. He is a graduate of S.C.C.C., where he received his AS in Business. He also attended Florida Atlantic University, where he studied Finance. Ebersole has extensive experience in financial management and general management, including over 15 years in senior management positions. Prior to joining Zaldiva, Inc., he was a former licensed investment professional and has worked closely with numerous public companies. With a broad base of experience in leadership, management, finance, auditing, sales, marketing, product development, and human resources, Ebersole brings a wide view to financial management. A true finance entrepreneur, he previously founded a Web Development and IT Consulting company.
