Zaldiva's First Retail Location Nears Completion

Buildout of Interior Structures and Finishing of Exterior Façade Proceeding According to Schedule

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 12, 2006 -- Zaldiva ™, Inc. (OTCBB: ZLDV), (Xetra/Frankfurt Exchange: UZ8) an online retailer of new and vintage Pop Culture collectibles, is pleased to announce that it is nearing completion on its first retail store, located at 331 E. commercial Boulevard in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, which is 2 miles from the beach and 1/2 mile east of I-95, providing easy access for everyone.

"Zaldiva is very excited about the future of this store. The company was very fortunate to buy the real estate when it did. Prices for retail buildings in Ft. Lauderdale have remained very strong. Just in this area, most commercial real estate prices have increased over 400 %", commented Robert Lees, CEO of Zaldiva, Inc. He added, "Contractors are currently finishing the interior non-supporting structures, plumbing and electrical. Outside, the structure is complete and finishing touches are being put on the facade."

The growth of the comic and collectibles market continues to be strong, despite economic weakness elsewhere in the economy. The future outlook remains strong for Zaldiva, due in part to the revival of comic-related movies in Hollywood. Movies such as "Superman Returns," "X3", "Spider-Man 3" and many others fuel this industry. "With the ever increasing trend of turning comic books into blockbuster films, comic books, action figures, graphic novels and other collectibles that Zaldiva carries are in high demand. These films continue to leap off the lot of Hollywood studios landing into movie theaters all over the world," added Lees.

The company notes that the impact and success that these comic books turned movies have experienced should continue to bode well for the industry and contribute to Zaldiva's future growth.

The company will continue to update shareholders and provide a Grand Opening date prior to the store opening for business. Photographs of the building-out process can be seen on the home page of
