Zango Brings Reality TV to Trial on the Internet With 'Date Court'

Each of the six episodes picks up where bad dates end and subjects a plaintiff and a defendant to trial by a bartender/judge and jury. Potential charges range from lying about a live-in parent to embellishing a personal ad. At the close of each episode, a verdict is delivered, and the guilty party is sentenced to a humiliating punishment.

The "Date Court" cast features the talents of Bryan Callen (, who recently played Rob Rubino on HBO's "Entourage"; Octavia Spencer, also seen as Serenity Johnson in Comedy Central's "Halfway Home"; and Wayne Previdi, the regular emcee at the Los Angeles Laugh Factory. Callen serves up justice as the bartender/judge; Spencer plays Shanay, the saucy and opinionated cocktail waitress; and Previdi plays the drunken bar regular whose opinion usually involves soliciting the female plaintiff's affections.
