Zebra Holdings and Investments S.a.r.l. Acquires Shares of North Arrow Minerals Inc.

LUXEMBOURG, LUXEMBOURG--(Marketwired - Feb. 26, 2014) - Zebra Holdings and Investments S.à.r.l. ("Zebra") - a company controlled by a trust settled by the late Adolf H. Lundin announced today that it had acquired ownership of 1'540'000 common shares of North Arrow Minerals Inc on February 25^th, 2014 through a bought deal private placement. As a result of this acquisition, Zebra now owns 9'690'000 common shares representing approximately 19.47% of the issued and outstanding capital of North Arrow Minerals Inc. In the event the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters pursuant to the placement is exercised on or before March 7, 2014, Zebra's 9'690'000 common shares will represent 18.61% of the then issued and outstanding capital of North Arrow Minerals Inc.

Zebra has acquired securities in the Company for investment purposes. Zebra may from time to time increase or decrease its investment in North Arrow Minerals Inc. in the ordinary course of its business and depending upon future market conditions.
