Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. Announces Grant of Bonus Shares


THUNDER BAY, ON--(Marketwired - February 13, 2015) - Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. ("Zenyatta" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ZEN) (OTCQX: ZENYF) announces that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, it has granted an annual bonus to Dr. Bharat Chahar, Zenyatta's Vice President, Market Development, which includes, at Dr. Chahar's option, 16,654 common shares in the capital of Zenyatta. The bonus shares were issued at a deemed issue price of CAD$1.50 per share, for an aggregate total of approximately CAD$24,981 (US$20,000).

The Bonus shares are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance.
