ZEOX Enters Agreement With Catalina Biosolutions

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 18, 2007) - Mr. LuVerne E.W. Hogg, President and CEO of ZEOX Corporation (TSX VENTURE:ZOX) is pleased to announce that ZEOX has entered into a Collaborative Commerce Agreement ("Agreement") with Catalina Biosolutions Inc. of Tucson, Arizona.

This Agreement represents a key alliance in the business strategy of the Company. It provides strategic advantages with unique bio-remediation products specifically targeted at contaminated soils and water well suited to Asia. The Company is currently working on a clean water program for Asia with its partner Logician Minerals Limited of Hong Kong that will utilize our mineral formulations as a key systems component.

Catalina's bio-solutions bio-treatment systems clean organic and many inorganic contaminants. The systems effectively remediate Toluene's, Crude Oils, Phenols, Hydrocarbons, Benzenes, Vinyl Chlorides, and Dichlorethylenes, as a partial list. The bio-treatment systems can operate in the presence of heavy metals, salt and fresh water. The company produces a variety of micro organisms which produce a broad spectrum of enzyme systems. Zeox is now able to include this effective remediation system to compliment its zeolite environmental technologies and products.
