Zeros & Ones Announces Key Relationship for ThunderCloud Presence in Homeland Security

SANTA MONICA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 15, 2005 -- Zeros & Ones (OTC BB: ZROS) today announces a long-term global strategic alliance with Florida-based Cyclops Technologies, Inc. Cyclops provides sophisticated license plate recognition technologies for law enforcement and homeland security agencies as well as advance perimeter marketing services for the enterprise market. Cyclops has developed a large consortium of leading companies that manufacture, integrate and support a wide range of sophisticated video surveillance, monitoring, storage and control systems. Cyclops' technology is also currently deployed across 40 provinces of Mainland China, where it also maintains a research and development center.

"Homeland Security is now an international opportunity. We expect this alliance to provide immediate market penetration of ThunderCloud into one of the most important non-consumer industry segments to emerge in years," said Zeros & Ones CEO, Robert J. Holtz. "This inroad can also be a conveyor belt for a number of our other technological innovations including image compression, image recognition, and Rocketstream."

Cyclops Technologies and Zeros & Ones will jointly market their services and solutions to specific targets. As a longer-range plan, Cyclops and Zeros & Ones will jointly develop and market products that apply homeland security concepts to a new industry referred to as digital perimeter marketing or digital signage. For that, the companies will explore connecting points between the Cyclops platform and ThunderCloud Proximity Services -- a layer of the ThunderCloud architecture designed specifically for "proximity-based transactions" like digital perimeter marketing and digital signage.

As of today, Mark M. Laisure, President of Zeros & Ones, has joined the Board of Directors of Cyclops Technologies to help ensure the strategic best interests of both companies going forward.

"The opportunity to bring the Cyclops technologies together with some of our proprietary products like the Rocketstream Network, will define some of the most compelling real world applications under the ThunderCloud banner for Zeros & Ones," said Zeros & Ones President, Mark M. Laisure. "We are truly excited to work with the Cyclops team."

"As digital convergence becomes more robust, applications like ours can be better utilized across great distances," said John Chigos, CEO of Cyclops Technologies. "Our real-time data recognition coupled with ThunderCloud is a great one two punch."
