Zerto Accelerates U.S. Growth, Wins New Customers and Awards

Adds Paul Zeiter as VP of Global Sales, Increases U.S. Sales and Operations Teams

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - Jan 19, 2012) - Zerto, the industry's first hypervisor-based replication solution, today announced that the company has started 2012 off with positive growth and industry recognition. Zerto won's 2011 'Product of the Year' award in the Backup and Storage category, added customers in key verticals and expanded its U.S. operations and sales efforts in Q4. Furthermore, Paul Zeiter, formerly vice president of sales at EMC's Infrastructure Software Group, has joined the company as vice president of global sales.

In Q4 2011, Zerto added new customers for its enterprise BC/DR solution in the healthcare, insurance and financial industries. One of its new customers is Suburban Health, which implemented Zerto Virtual Replication to boost BC/DR capabilities and effectiveness. Zerto Virtual Replication won the Gold award in's 2011 Product of the Year awards for Backup and Storage, a category that includes disaster recovery.
