Ziegler Announces New General Counsel

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - November 12, 2010) - Ziegler (PINKSHEETS: ZGCO), a specialty investment banking firm serving healthcare, senior living, religion and education sectors, announced the promotion of Angelique David to the role of general counsel and corporate secretary. David has served most recently as Ziegler's Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining Ziegler, David spent five years as an associate with Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell in Chicago, and is a JD from Northwestern University School of Law and a magna cum laude undergraduate from Case Western Reserve.
