The new reporting system allows advertisers to select a date range, in terms of days, weeks or months and then select the key metric to analyze from a dropdown list of four: number of calls, average length of call, average cost per call, and return on investment (ROI). Once selecting the parameters, the reporting system generates a graphical analysis report in real-time.
