ZIMTV to Deliver One-Two Punch With The Fight Network Over the Internet

ZIM Announces Strategic Partnership With The Fight Network to Broadcast Combatant Sports

TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 26, 2007 -- Blackout Media Corp.'s (PINKSHEETS: BKMP) - The Fight Network, North America's first and only twenty-four (24) hour combatant sports and entertainment channel and ZIM Corporation, an Internet TV broadcaster, today announced an agreement to broadcast The Fight Network on ZIMTV.

The strategic partnership will enable viewers to watch live and archived programming from The Fight Network through the ZIMTV Internet TV platform. Both video-on-demand and pay-per-view content will be available for fans of North America's number one combatant sport. This partnership provides unrestricted worldwide access via as well as on mobile phones for fans to follow The Fight Network anytime and anywhere.
