New Tabletop Tablets Personalize the Family Dining Experience at 125 Company-Owned Restaurants


DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - July 13, 2016) - Ziosk, maker of the world's first ordering, entertainment and pay-at-the table tablet, and Friendly's announced today a partnership to bring tabletop tablets to 125 locations nationwide.

With the primary purpose of enhancing the family dining experience, the Ziosk 7-inch tablet will be displayed on each table in the restaurant, enabling guests to interactively peruse menu items and specials as well as order beverages and desserts. Additionally, when not engaging with their server, guests can participate in a variety of entertainment activities including trivia and games, all designed to bring family and friends together as they share a meal.

The Ziosk tablets complement the fun and family oriented dining experience Friendly's is known for, while putting the convenience and control of on-demand ordering, entertainment and payment all at the guests' fingertips. Friendly's servers will be able to use the Ziosk tablet as a tool to better aid guests, while families can enjoy the new kids menu feature found on the tablet.
