ZipLip Appoints New VP of Sales

Senior Industry Executive Conrad Guziewicz Brings Proven Track Record of Global Sales, Marketing and Business Development

SANTA CLARA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 6, 2005 -- ZipLip, Inc., the technology leader in email archiving, today announces the appointment of Conrad Guziewicz to Vice President of Sales. With over 20 years experience in high technology sales, Guziewicz brings a distinguished track record in effectively building high-performance sales organizations.

As a key member of ZipLip's executive team, Guziewicz is responsible for expanding global sales of ZipLip's email archiving software, through direct and indirect channels, leveraging his experience in building start-up sales to Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers. He most recently served as Director of Sales at Foundry Networks, where he grew sales in his region from under $1 million to over $40 million in the year prior to its initial public offering, the third largest IPO in NASDAQ history.

Prior to Foundry, Guziewicz was VP of Worldwide Sales at GigaLabs, where he drove the annual order run rate from $5 million to $30 million within 12 months. He also served as Director of Sales and Channels at UB Networks, where he grew sales in a key business unit to over $100 million.

His appointment comes after a highly successful first half of 2005 for ZipLip, with the expansion of its strategic partner program, and numerous large enterprise customer wins across all industries.
