Zone Resources Inc. Significantly Increases Land Position in the Labrador Trough, Quebec

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 9, 2011) - Zone Resources Inc. (Zone) (TSX VENTURE:ZNR) reports that it has added a total of 22,900 hectares to its Labrador Trough Land Package. The additional claims were acquired to cover historic iron ore occurrences as well as airborne magnetic anomalies that suggest possible strike extensions of known zones, or possible additional iron-bearing zones. Of these newly staked claims, 2,900 hectares was added on to the Moore-Ross Iron Property and 20,000 hectares was added on to the Girard Iron Property.

Zone plans an aggressive exploration program in the summer of 2011 to evaluate historic iron ore zones on the properties, and to identify targets for additional testing.
