Zoom Recognized in Gartner Critical Capabilities for Web Conferencing


SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwired - March 02, 2016) - Zoom Video Communications, Inc., a leading provider of video communications services, today announced that analyst firm Gartner has recognized Zoom in its Critical Capabilities for Web Conferencing report published February 22, 2016.

Zoom's product received a 4.50 out of 5 in the Webinars Use Case and 4.45 out of 5 in the External Presentation Use Case. It also received the second highest scores 4.30 out of 5 in the Internal Collaboration Use Case and 4.30 out of 5 in the Learning and Training Use Case.

Zoom credits its inclusion in this research with its rapid advancement since its founding in 2011, as well as the platform's technical capabilities and broad base of features to support critical enterprise requirements.
