ZoomMed Enters Into an Exclusive Agreement to Acquire Praxis Sante Inc.

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Jan. 19, 2011) - ZoomMed Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ZMD), is pleased to announce it has entered into an exclusive agreement to acquire the total equity of PRAXIS SANTÉ INC., a supplier of Web IT solutions for community pharmacies.
