MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Aug. 3, 2012) - ZoomMed inc. (TSX VENTURE:ZMD) announced, on July 20, 2012, that its Board of directors agreed to grant 2,700,000 stock options to its directors and officers and 1,130,000 stock options to its employees and consultants.
The exercise price of these stock options is rectified to $0.10, to comply with the TSX Venture Exchange policy 1.1.
