• For the quarter ended November 30, 2012, operating revenue amounted to $1,301,470 compared to $701,231 for the corresponding 2011 quarter, an increase of 86%. For the six-month period ended November 30, 2012, operating revenues amounted to $2,323,400 compared to $1,266,870 for the corresponding 2011 quarter, an increase of 83%.

• The Company recorded a net operating benefit of $75,241 for the three-month period ended November 30, 2012, compared to a net loss of $854,884 for the three-month period ended November 30, 2011. The Company recorded a net operating loss of $26,250 for the six-month period ended November 30, 2012 compared to $1,610,715 loss for the six-month period ended November 30, 2011.

Since the beginning of fiscal year 2013, ZoomMed has signed several new agreements with ClearMedica, ANDX Logic and OscarService Inc. for the integration and marketing of the ZRx Prescriber. These agreements allow ZoomMed to offer its services to more than 900 new physicians throughout Canada.
