ZTEST Cancels Private Placement

NORTH YORK, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 24, 2016) - ZTEST Electronics Inc. (the "Company") (CSE:ZTE) wishes to announce that Management has decided not to proceed with the expansion of the business of Permatech Electronics Corp., the Company's operating subsidiary, into a wider geographic area at this time and has abandoned the previously announced private placement (see the Press Release dated February 29, 2016).
