Zurvita's "Freedom Crusade" Conference Draws Over 650 Attendees

Company Formally Launches Industry Leading Online Local Search Engine Directory and Introduces Digital Video Phone Services and New Energy Portal Platform

HAWTHORNE, CA--(Marketwire - March 16, 2010) -  Zurvita Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: ZRVT) ("Zurvita"), a dynamic direct-to-consumer network marketing company offering turn-key solutions for high-quality consumer and business products and services, announced today that its "Freedom Crusade" national conference, held March 5th to March 7th, 2010, in Houston, Texas, drew more than 650 attendees.

The three-day conference featured training and presentations by key Zurvita leaders, who discussed how the company's unique business-to-business model generates significant opportunities for independent business owners and entrepreneurs. Zurvita Executive Consultants offered tools and resources to fully examine the Zurvita business model, build strong networks, and explore opportunities for financial independence.

During the conference, Zurvita formally launched its national online business advertising campaign, featuring Zurvita's online local search and advertising software program: Local Search Engine Directory. Introduced by Zurvita Co-Chief Executive Officer Mr. Mark Jarvis, the Local Search Engine Directory is a proprietary local search and advertising software program owned by OmniReliant Holdings that helps small and medium-sized businesses connect more effectively with consumers by providing targeted and prominent content on the Internet. The presentation featured product and sales training highlighting Local Search Engine Directory as a compelling turn-key Internet marketing solution for local businesses.

At the conference Zurvita also introduced its new digital video phone services.
