ZYTO Announces 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

LINDON, UT--(Marketwired - June 28, 2016) - ZYTO Corp (OTC PINK: ZYTO), a Utah-based company specializing in biocommunication applications, announced today that its 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the company's headquarters, located at 387 South 520 West, Ste. 200, Lindon, Utah, 84042 on Friday, July 1, 2016, at 12:00 p.m., Mountain Daylight Time.

The Company announced in its 2014 Annual Meeting notice that in future years the Company will be following its bylaws, adopted many years ago, regarding annual meetings which specifies that, absent contrary notice beforehand, the annual meeting will be held at 12:00 p.m. on July 1st at the company's offices.
