After Record-Setting Year, Gigya Poised to Dominate Global Customer Identity Management Market in 2016

With New Executive Team Members, Analyst Momentum and Revolutionary Product Offerings, Company Looks to Further Boost Market Share

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwired - February 10, 2016) - Gigya, the Leader in Customer Identity Management, today announced that 2015 marked a year of unprecedented growth across its customer base, Partner Program, global presence and executive team. The momentum comes in parallel with the growth of the Customer Identity Management market as a whole, as noted by Forrester Research's first-ever Market Overview for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), in which Gigya is included.

With technology that is deployed in more than 40 countries and manages more than 780 million consumer identities, a 56% increase from a year ago, Gigya continued to bolster its roster of more than 700 global enterprise clients in 2015, with the addition of leading brands including Fossil, Sysomos, Southern Company, Alex & Ani, Hearst Publications, Formula E, Arizona State University and Rosetta Stone.

The combination of new enterprise clients and expanded relationships with existing customers contributed to Gigya increasing its average contract values by 100% over the course of 2015. This high caliber of sales success was reflected by the company's recognition as one of North America's 500 fastest-growing technology companies through Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 award program.

To help global enterprises create personalized experiences based on first-party customer data while respecting user privacy, Gigya launched its IDX Marketplace in May, the first-ever app exchange for Customer Identity Management, which includes direct integrations with leading marketing and service platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, IBM UBX, Krux and Marketo, Inc. (NASDAQ: MKTO). As part of Gigya's larger Partner Program, IDX gives partners the tools necessary to build, certify and market their integrations with Gigya. Businesses have the ability to easily leverage the pre-built integrations to bidirectionally sync identity data gathered via Gigya's platform to personalize marketing campaigns, on-site content and customer experiences.

2015 also saw the continued expansion of Gigya's global presence as the company grew its partner community by more than 50%, and established new partnerships in Turkey and Italy. To ensure a strong presence in its primary international markets, the organization continues to invest in services, support and infrastructure worldwide. Gigya currently employs more than 300 people with teams based in Mountain View, Tel Aviv, London, Paris, Singapore, Melbourne and most recently, Hamburg.

To continue its rapid upward trajectory, Gigya added two key members to its executive team in 2015: Gilad Sofer as Chief Information Security Officer and Jason Rose as SVP of Marketing. Sofer brings more than 15 years of experience in managing infrastructure and data security for major companies like Comsec Consulting, a global security consulting firm. Rose has led global marketing programs for technology companies like SAP, and has more than 15 years of experience in managing global brand strategy, customer and influencer engagement, product strategy and demand generation.

"2015 was a year of phenomenal success for us. We've seen Customer Identity Management develop into a known, well-defined market, and we're incredibly proud to have led that charge," said Patrick Salyer, Gigya's CEO. "With our amazing clients, robust platform, growing partner network, international presence and seasoned executive team, Gigya is thrilled to serve as the obvious choice for global enterprises looking to make identity core to their digital transformation initiatives in 2016 and beyond."
