GlimpzIt Raises $1.1 Million in Seed Funding for Visual Dialogue Platform

Platform for Marketers to Engage With New Breed of Consumers Who Increasingly Communicate Using Photos Taken Mainly on Smartphones


SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 11, 2015) - GlimpzIt today announced that it has raised $1.1 million in seed funding from Founders Co-op, David Humphrey and Seattle Angel Conference for its visual dialogue platform. 

The GlimpzIt platform enables marketers to spark up "in-the-moment," private conversations with consumers for purposes of gathering consumer insights, scaling branded content creation, and running interactive mobile campaigns. It enables marketers to engage with a new generation of consumers who increasingly communicate using photos that are taken predominantly on smart phones.

Parry Bedi and Sami Kaipa cofounded GlimpzIt after feeling the pain first hand of gathering and analyzing visual content as part of their grad school coursework.

Prior to GlimpzIt, Bedi and Kaipa both held software development positions within the enterprise software space.
