Govan Brown Announces New Partner in Vancouver


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 25, 2014) - Govan Brown is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Kohler as the new Partner-in-charge of Govan Brown West's operations in British Columbia. Andy is a construction professional with over 20 years of experience executing construction projects throughout Canada. Together with Calgary-based Partner, Troy Braithwaite, Andy will oversee the new Govan Brown West division - a subsidiary of the Govan Brown Group. Govan Brown West manages construction projects throughout British Columbia, Alberta, The Prairie Provinces and the Territories. A LEED AP-certified professional, Andy graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). He has experience constructing projects for a variety of sectors varying in scope and size. Andy's first endeavor will be to oversee the construction of La Maison Simons' new 100,000 square foot store in Vancouver starting in early 2015.
