Lakeshore Recycling Systems Strengthens Its Ranks With the Addition of Three Experienced Executives in Large Accounts, HR, Risk Management

John Sliwicki, Brian Tibble and Daniel Fetty Bring Exceptional Experience to LRS in Key Operational Roles


CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - June 14, 2016) - Lakeshore Recycling Systems (LRS), Chicagoland's leading independent recycling and waste hauler, today announced it has hired three executives to lead key operational roles of the business. John Sliwicki, 39, joins as Vice President of Risk Management; Brian Tibble, 48, will serve as Director of Large Accounts; and Daniel Fetty, 33, will lead HR as Director of People Operations. All three executives bring exceptional experience and leadership to LRS in key operational roles as the company anticipates continued growth and expansion in the greater Chicago market.

As Vice President of Risk Management, John Sliwicki will be responsible for enhancing and expanding the LRS safety program, overseeing day-to-day safety operations and managing the corporate-wide risk management program. John joins LRS from Aldridge Electric where he served as its primary Risk Manager for over ten years.

As Director of Large Accounts, Brian Tibble will work extensively with the LRS sales teams serving the company's largest customers. Tibble will lead efforts to rapidly and aggressively expand LRS' customer base as well as ensure that streamlined communication and customer service levels exceed expectations. Brian previously held similar positions at Republic Services, Coca-Cola, Philip Morris and BP.

Daniel Fetty will lead all LRS human resource functions as Director of People Operations. Fetty takes an active role in promoting internal standards of excellence, finding and retaining top talent and managing all HR related matters for the enterprise. Daniel joins LRS from Emerson Industrial Automation, where he served as HR Manager.
